Primrose School of Liberty is seeking Full-Time reliable, consistent Childcare Teachers to support classrooms serving infants through Pre-K. Compensation & Growth
- Hourly Pay: Based on experience, education, and credentials
- Pay rate is determined by assigned shift, availability, and full-time status

Key Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Follow daily schedules, lesson plans, and school procedures
- Maintain active supervision and classroom organization
- Assist with daily routines including diapering, meals, rest time, and transitions
- Communicate professionally with families and leadership
- Work collaboratively with team members
Qualifications
Required:
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children
- Strong reliability, professionalism, and consistent attendance
- Ability to follow structure and meet classroom expectations
- Ability to meet Missouri state licensing requirements
Preferred:
- CDA or degree in Early Childhood or related field
- Experience in a Missouri DESE- licensed childcare center
Schedule & Shifts
Monday through Friday (No weekends)
Includes a dedicated 1-hour lunch break for full-time shifts

Full-Time Shifts:
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Availability Commitment (Important)
This position requires consistent availability Monday through Friday based on your selected shift.
Shifts are assigned at hire and are not flexible or subject to change.
